You can also choose a delivery time slot for the next day or later. Here’s how: Place your order online, and the shopping will be done for you. Once the order is shopped and ready, you’ll get an alert that it’s on its way. A delivery driver will drop off your groceries on your doorstep.

Start by signing in to your digital account. Then you’ll enter your ZIP code on the homepage and choose “delivery” as your way to shop (you can enter your full address later). From there, simply search or browse the items you need and add them to your cart.

Currently available in select markets, Kroger Delivery orders are shopped and delivered by trained Kroger associates. We also partner with third-party delivery services, like Instacart and Shipt, to help fulfill orders for our customers.

Yes. Delivery fees vary based on the day and time slot selected and whether your order is placed using Kroger Delivery or a third-party delivery service. Delivery fees are displayed clearly at time slot selection and applied when your order is placed.

We’ve recently updated our fee structure to make delivery even more flexible. Instead of a fixed service fee, you’ll now see a range of fees based on the delivery time slot and day of the week. This change allows you to choose the time and day that work best for you.

During the checkout process, look for Kroger Delivery underneath each time slot along with the “Blue Truck” icon when selecting your time slot.

Yes. Kroger Delivery drivers can now accept and scan Kroger paper coupons when your order is delivered.** Your savings will be reflected immediately on your final receipt.
